Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has confirmed that doses of the Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccines have arrived in the state.
He made this known on Tuesday at the 2021 International Women’s Day celebration organised by the Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.
According to the governor, the state government received the vaccines at 4 a.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. He assured the residents that the vaccines were kept in a safe place.
