Go make Kwara proud, Abdulmajeed charges State Representatives at NYP

Mallam Abdullahi Abdulmajeed, Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Harmony Holdings Limited has charged the newly inaugurated representatives of Kwara State at the 5th Assembly of the Nigerian Youth Parliament (NYP) to do the state proud at the great national platform.

He said this in a statement issued on Sunday to congratulate the new representatives on their successful inauguration.

The representatives are: Hon. Ibraheem Abdullateef (Kwara Central); Hon. Abubakar Sadiq Buhari (Kwara North); and Hon. Adefila Ifeoluwa (Kwara South).

“I rejoice with all of you, the new representatives of Kwara State at the 5th Assembly of the Nigerian Youth Parliament (NYP). I am aware of the painstaking process you had to pass through before your nomination. I charge you to do the state proud at this great national platform. You three are the yardstick by which Kwara youths will be measured. So, you have to be on top of your game. The NYP affords you so many opportunities, especially in contributing to national issues; make judicious use of them,” the congratulatory statement read.

Abdulmajeed who is also a one-time President of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) wished the representatives remarkable success, expressing confidence that being a youth-friendly administration, the Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq led administration will offer them necessary support to perform.
