All Progressives Congress candidate for Ilorin West/Asa Federal House of Representatives seat, Mallam Muktar Tolani Shagaya, alongside his brother, Alhaji Hakeem SHAGAYA observed Juma’at prayer at the Afon Central Mosque, today.
Shortly after the Juma’at service, SHAGAYA embarked on the on-site inspection of the ongoing construction of the Afon Central Mosque where he donated a sum of #2,000,000 (Two Million Naira) to hasten the project.
In his remarks, the Chief Imam of Afon, Alhaji Muhammad Ayodele, lauded the philanthropic gesture exhibited by Shagaya while praying unto Almighty Allah to grant him success in his aspirations.
SHAGAYA was thronged by a mammoth crowd of Afon indigenes and supporters who cheered on and tried to get a glimpse of him.
Amongst his entourage are: Alhaji Hakeem Shagaya; APC Chieftain, Alhaji Issa Afon; TIC Chairman, Afon LGA, Alhaji Abdulganiy Saadu; former House Assembly aspirant, Afon Constituency, Alhaja Abdullahi Maryam Yusuf; amongst others.
