Organised Labour in Kwara State has called off its days-long strike today, The Ravens has learnt.
The announcement was made in a terse statement issued by Special Assistant on New Media to Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, Fafoluyi Olayinka.
The Ravens recalls that the organised labour started its short-lived strike on Tuesday, October 13.
The statement from the governor’s media aide reads: “Breaking: The Organized Labour in Kwara State has called off its strike with an agreement to return to the negotiation table towards reaching a concensus with government on the disputed thirty thousand naira (minimum wage).”
