Hon Muktar Tolani Shagaya, the member representing Asa and Ilorin West Federal Constituency at Federal House of Representatives, has congratulated his Special Adviser Media and Publicity, Basheer Luqman on his feat at the just concluded NIPR event held in Abuja.
