Ondo: Akeredolu sacks attorney-general

Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State has sacked the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice of the state, Mr Kola Olawoye.

The governor has immediately appointed one Mr Charles Titiloye, a human rights lawyer, as the new Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice.

This was made known in a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary, Mr Segun Ajiboye on Monday.

The statement stated that Titiloye’s name would soon be forwarded to the state House of Assembly for confirmation.

The governor showed his appreciation to the sacked commissioner for services rendered to the state. He also wished him success in his future endeavours.
