Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has appointed a Senior Special Assistant on Poverty Alleviation, Mr. Abubakar Sadiq Seko, just as he named Soliu Habeeb Babaoloye his Special Assistant on Persons Living With Disability (PLWD).
Seko, a grassroots politician and school proprietor, is from Baruten local government area of the state.
His appointment represents Governor AbdulRazaq’s agenda to deepen his signature care to the downtrodden, a statement on Sunday by Rafiu Ajakaye, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor announcing the development said.
Meanwhile, Soliu Habeeb Babaoloye is a member and advocate for the rights of the White Cane community. His appointment as SA PLWD is a fulfillment of the Governor’s pledge to give the PLWDs’ community an active voice in the administration.
