Kwara State University will be a part of the upcoming Kwara State Books and Arts Festival, partnering with through their center of archives and documentation.
The center will be serving important functions in various aspects of the festival activities, according to Prof. Sulyman Binta, the head of archives and documentations, Kwara State University.
“We’re happy the Kwara State University is coming on board, and are confident in their input,” said Abdulbasit Hussein, the team lead of the festival organizers.
The upcoming KWABAFEST is the maiden edition of a book and arts festival in Kwara State, and aims to gather creative, facilitate a supportive environment, and strike conversations about Kwara State, literacy, and art.
