The Civic Enlightenment And Participation Programme (CEPP) was organized by Saving African Youth Dreams Initiative SAYDi, a non governmental organization as the first cohort was inducted into the CEPP Change Agents.
In an interview with the Executive Director of Saving African Youths Dream Initiative, Abdulkareem O. Abdullateef he said it non-governmental the CEPP training was a day training that aimed to inform the youth about their constitutional right in engaging with their elected representative by equipping them with the knowledge needed in the area of political participation, accountability of process, tracking of public funds utilization and how they (the youth) can actively engage in political advocacy that will drive and promote leadership accountability.
Dr. Amina Salihu, the Senior Program Officer of MacArthur Foundation speaks at the Civic Enlightenment and Participation Programme training which was held on the 8th of March, 2023, in Kwara State, along with other amazing speakers.
