Senator representing Kwara South Senatorial District, Lola Ashiru, has emerged as Deputy Chief Whip of the 10th Senate.
Senate President Godwin Akpabio announced on the floor on Tuesday.
Other principal officers announced include Ali Ndume, senator representing Borno South, named as Chief Whip of the senate.
Opeyemi Bamidele, senator representing Ekiti Central, as the majority leader, and David Umahi, senator representing Ebonyi South, as the deputy majority leader.
