The Alanamu Progressionists has congratulated Ambassador Ibrahim Akaje on his appointment as the new Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development in Kwara State.
In a congratulatory message signed by Sulyman Balogun, chairman of the group, Akaje was urged to draw on the legacies of the previous occupants of the office to guide him in contributing his quotas to the development of the state.
“We congratulate our brother and friend, Ambassador Ibrahim Akaje as he becomes the Commissioner of Housing and Urban Development, and also pray that Almighty God will continue to uplift him.
“We also rejoice with the Governor of Kwara State, His Excellency AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq; the people of Alanamu and the entire sons and daughters of Kwara State,” the statement said
“We have no doubt that Ibrahim Akaje will continue on his commitment to the development of Kwara State in accordance with the vision governor AbdulRazaq has for our beloved state. Congratulations, sir.”
