Breaking: Lagos reopens mosques, churches, increases public gatherings capacity

The Lagos State Government has approved the resumption of religious activities in both mosques and churches today, August 1.

This is just as it increased the capacity of public gatherings for events and occasions.

The Ravens learnt that both developments are to take effect from next Friday, August 7.

This disclosure was made by Mr Ajetunmobi Ridwan Olawale, Special Assistant to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on New Media in a Facebook update.

He wrote, “Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has ordered the re-opening of places of worship in Lagos, starting from August 7. The Governor also increases public gatherings capacity from 20 to 50 people.”
