The Kwara State High Court, Ilorin has ordered the Bashir Omolaja Bolarinwa led factional All Progressives Congress (APC) against the use of their newly acquired parallel party secretariat.
The order was passed by Justice E.B Mohammed on Friday.
Abidemi Adisa had filed a suit against the All Progressives Congress, Kwara State Chapter and Hon. Bolarinwa on behalf of the heirs of late Abdulkareem Adisa.
The Judge ordered Bolarinwa and his agents to restrain from converting Adisa’s building into a political party secretariat pending the hearing of the motion.
The building is situated at Yahya Madawaki Road, GRA.
The BOB led factional APC had just secured the building as a parallel party secretariat.
The parallel secretariat has the backing of Minister for Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed who in fact commissioned it not long ago.
